issued decal ,  but not dated.
authentic NASCAR racing vinyl sticker.
NOTE: about VG condition with handling wear , as the right tip , where the black square (period) symbol has slightly started to peel away , and will not stick on the very corner tip.

This is an "old stock" real authentic original licensed product.
Measuring about 5" across.  one of the corners are bent.
