VINTAGE 1960s PATIO OAK NATIONAL CHARCOAL CO. SAN ANTONIO TEXAS BBQ BRIQUETS BAG

This is a heavy paper sack, or bag. It was made to hold charcoal briquets, but IT WAS NEVER USED. One side pictures a man & child, and a brick bar-b-Que grill. It reads: "PATIO OAK BRIQUETS...Gives Added Flavor...NATIONAL CHARCOAL COMPANY...SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS." It does not have a date, but it appears to be fairly old. I would guess that this was made in the 1950's or 1960's. When flattened (as seen in the first picture) it measures 37 inches long, and is 17 inches wide. The BACK is marked: "6-5 LB. BAGS...PATIO OAK CHARCOAL." The condition is VERY GOOD. As mentioned, it was NEVER USED - the inside is like new. There are a couple of small tears near the top edge, and some moisture marks near the top, on the BACK side. It appears to have been folded a few times, but is still very nice.
