Vintage 13 painted Star American Banner Flag 8’ x 20”

Very nice 13 star Cowper style flag with painted stars. Nice old flag probably from the 40’s. Was found with another flag from that era. Blue background to stars has some white marks probably from storage. Flag is 20” wide and 8 feet long and overall very good shape. Please check all pictures and ask any questions before bidding.
