    This is a Victorian-era trade card issued by the C.T. & W. F. Bidwell company, advertising Fine Boots and Shoes at their location, 138 Main St. in Norwich, CT. The card features a cartoon of mischievous children, showing a child being punished with one of Bidwell's shoes! Condition of this card is Very Good Plus, showing some light pencil marks on the rear.
