The Monorail pin is "Free" when you turn in four Monorail tickets. At Tokyo Disney Resort you have to pay to ride the Monorail. Because of Japanese transportation laws, if a form of transportation makes more than 1 other stop than you have to pay to ride and the Monorail makes 4 stops. The tickets "change" every two months and when you have collected 4 different designs you can turn in the tickets and get the "free pin".
