TERMS OF ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Purchaser shall fully inspect their order immediately upon receipt
and shall give written notice to Seller within five (5) days of any claim that the Products are nonconforming, provided that a reasonable inspection should have revealed such non-conformity
.
Such written notice shall, if applicable, include a notation on the delivering carrier’s original bill of lading of any missing or damaged components. Photos of any damaged items must be provided. If Purchaser shall fail to give such notice within five (5) days, Purchaser is deemed to have accepted the Products.
DO NOT sign the delivery receipt without inspecting your delivery. Be sure note and take pictures of any damage that occurred during shipping and contact us as soon as possible if you have any problems whatsoever. If the BOL is not properly noted at the time of delivery, JR Solar will not be held liable for additional expenses on replacement material.
