I don't know the history behind this book so I'm unable to say when it was printed.  It's a nifty little item (measuring 8 1/2" x 6") with a spiral binding and a glossy front and back cover.  It contains more than 200 pages (off-white and firmly attached) and is dedicated to Mary C. Sweetser.  Recipes include "Old Fashioned Soup", "Apple, Date & Nut Salad", "Maple Bread Pudding" and so much more.
The front and back cover has nice gloss; the front cover has staining (in three places) at the right-hand edge, the bottom right-hand corner has some creasing; the inside cover and first page has some staining and a dust shadow at the top of the dedication page; the back cover has some staining at the left-hand edge.
