This is Cherished Teddies ~ 2005 CHARTER MEMBER KIT that contains the 2005 Charter Member Figurine, Kate. ~ This is Item #CT011. ~ The theme for 2005 is "Outdoor Memories" and on the bottom of Kate it reads "WARMING BY THE CAMPFIRE ON A VELVET NIGHT". ~ Kate is wearing blue denims and a green top, where the regular membership piece has blue denims and a pink top. ~ INCLUDED with the CHARTER KIT
is also a mini bear, EVIE (roasting her marshmallows, too),  as well as a plush teddy bear that is 5" tall while sitting and has his name appliqued on his foot. ~ They come packaged in a vinyl bag that measures 5" x 11" x 6" high and has carrying handles. ~ This is a very special charter member kit! ~~~~~
