We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days, must be received in original box and condition it was shipped in with hang tags or certificates, buyer pays return shipping cost.
If you refuse your package and don't pay the duties and taxes, the package will be returned back to us. You will be charged for all duties and taxes that are incurred by us, shipping costs both ways and all other handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee.
