    Description

    Original, rare and old Yoruba People 29" tall carved wood statue / wand of Osha Orisa Sango / Shango / Chango, from Nigeria.
    It is rare to find statues of this Orisa as large as this one. This beautiful item has been in my private Yoruba collection for a long time.
    I do not know the exact age of this item but it is old for sure.
    CONDITION:
    This is a tribal item with the typical surface scratch, dirt and normal wear. Minor surface wear and splits due to its age, some surface pigment and paint loss, as shown in pictures.
