    Description

    Up for auction is this
    Antique Chi Wara Headdress.
This African piece was created for ritual purposes (masked dancers in agricultural festivals)
created by the Bambara/Bamana tribe in Mali, West Africa.
A local antique dealer in NYC told me this sculpture
likely dates from the late 19th century to the early 20th century.
It measures almost 40" high & 15" wide.
Don't miss your chance to own this beautiful antique headdress before it's gone!
