burgundy wrappers.
This is a part of series of wine and liqueur  recipes and culture books edited at that time with similar design.
Stapled booklet, 32 pages. First edition. A well-designed novelty cocktail recipe book, intended as a promotional device for various liquor stores. The leaves of booklet step back with an index printed on the edges. It is similar to a thumb-indexed book, but with the entire page edge acting as a navigation aid. The interior of the rear wrapper includes the statement, "recipes and information compiled principally from the Professional bartenders guide. In addition to the recipes, the booklet includes general information about spirits, an illustrated guide to proper glassware, and one page of snacks to accompany drinking. Very good vintage condition.
