    Description

    An original 1930s photograph measuring approximately 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches.  Fine detail with scratches, creasing and convex indentions.  Thanks for looking at this fantastic African American photograph.
    Cash (Cassius R. Erler) was a southside Chicago photo finisher (not a photographer) and sole proprietor who was born in New York in 1892 (based on age 38 as of 1930 census).  His daughter Winona A. Foreman ended up in San Diego, CA and wrote a book on her life,
