    Volume 1 was printed in 1951 and sold 3 million copies.  Being besieged with requests for another volume, Volume 2 was published
    Stated on the cover:  "200 Most Requested Mixed Drinks on Alcohol Resistant Cards."  There are 196 pages from the Index to More Cocktail Aids.
    The book has been used and has some discoloration on the outside and inside cover, a stain on pages 1,2 and 3.  The rest of the pages are clean without any marks or tears. The back cover has a small tear on one corner.  It has a comb binding.  Measures 4"x 4" X 1"
