Important Shipping Information
We will ship within one to three days from payment clearance. We only ship on week days (Mondays to Fridays) and we do not ship on holidays. I only use Fed Ex ground or UPS ground and on a rare occasion the postal service. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes. We only ship to confirm addresses with Pay Pal. You will need a physical address. We send all merchandise with no signature required. This means the carrier will live the panels at your door even if you are not home. We will not be responsible if they get stolen or damage after delivery.
If you need other arrangements please contact me before you buy.
Please allow time for delivery usually between 3 to 5 working days after the three day for handling. We will guarantee shipping within three working days, but cannot speak for the carrier. Some people may experience longer times especially if you live on a remote area of the country. When “Free” shipping is available shipping is only good for the continent of the United States. The offer does not include Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico or any other country. We will ship anywhere international but the buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost and tariffs. All my prices are FOB Miami, FL USA.
Quantity Considerations

If you are planning to buy a large quantity of panels please consider the following before you buy. Do not go ahead and buy all you can. If you change your mind it would be a very costly decision. Take your time, buy one or two panels and try them. “When you are ready for the big purchase”. Contact me first, I may even be able to save you money on the shipping by using a trucking freight company. On a custom large order I will create a separate Ebay product for the purchase.
Payment Information
We normally only accept PayPal unless you want to buy a significant amount of merchandise. In that case we will take a bank wire or a bank cashier’s check. We sell only to confirmed Pay Pal address. If you have other address than the one on Pay Pal you need to contact me before you buy or change it on Pay Pal before you buy. We will not be responsible for merchandise delivered to the wrong address if the address is incorrect on Pay Pal.

Refund Information
We will take refunds only within the first 14 calendar days of the goods been delivered. The buyer will pay all shipping back and there may be a dollar restocking charge at my discretion. If the goods arrived damage is a different story. Just take as many pictures as you can while the delivery guy is present, refuse the payment and contact me as soon as possible. We will send you a replacement panel and I will deal with the delivery company.
