    This item is a New in Box Cherished Teddies Figurine.  This figurine is marked on the bottom "Cherished Teddies - Our Love is the Greatest Gift - Reg. #IVC1/034 - 2003 Priscilla Hillman - Licensee Enesco Group Inc. - 114042.  There is also a tiny "Made in China" tag.  This figurine stands about 3 1/4" tall.
    This figurine was purchased from a collector who has moved to a retirement facility.  She had many unopened figurines still in their boxes, as she had run out of room to display her collection.  This figurine was new, unopened in its box until I cut the tape and opened it for photos.
