This listing is for a commemorative thermos (container, lid and cup) given to a Duke Power (now Duke Energy) employee in the 1980's. This is what I was told.
It measures 11.25" tall with top on and base is 4" diameter
It is made entirely of heavy plastic (no metal or glass)
Maker's name on the bottom says Aladdin Thermo Bottle from Tennessee, made in Venezuela
Condition - please see photos. It is in good condition. Has the lid and cup on top, so it is complete. Pre-owned, was used but good condition. Being sold "as is" as was found for your collection.
If you have questions when item arrives, just let me know.  I reserve the right to ship either USPS parcel post or UPS ground whichever is better.  If it costs me less to ship than you pay me by more than my handling cost I will give you the overage via your PayPal account.

:  Shipping costs are what post office charges me with only minor handling included. Packing done carefully. Shipping to the United States and other countries if indicated.  Shipping to approved PayPal address.  I will gladly try to combine shipping on multiple like items. I ship promptly after you pay promptly. Insurance will be included in the handling charge if the item warrants it, such as fragile, antique or unusual collectible. Please pay promptly after close of auction since I do not want to file unpaid claim with eBay.
I try to describe items to the best of my knowledge.  If it does not say new or mint condition, then it is not new.  A vintage item will show some signs of wear.  Most of my items are vintage used, pre-owned, so please view the photos included with the description to be sure you are comfortable with the condition and quality before buying. Many of my items are acquired from estate sales so I do not know the prior owner or history of the items. Returns accepted within 30 days.  I reserve the right to cancel all bids if bidder has excessive negative feedback or makes requests for special packaging, handling or other items not included in the original listing.
