1940-1941 Chevrolet Lower grill panel

Description

I have the (used) panel that goes under the grill of your (1940-1941 ?)Chevy..     The panel is used. I looked at the bumper brace openings. You can see were the dust covers rubbed the surface.
For some reason I can't make up my mind if the panel is 40 or 41. Soooooooooooooo know what your bidding on.
